Payment Options:
XMX PTY LTD accepts all major credit cards. You may also apply for credit terms by providing relevant credit and bank references. First-time credit applications may take 3-5 days to process. Credit card orders are typically processed within 24 hours.

Product specifications are subject to change without notice, although we strive to keep our website updated with the latest information.
Freight Charges & Claims:
Claims for missing items or damage in transit must be made upon receipt of the goods with XMX PTY LTD. Delays in notification may extend resolution times. Please document all findings and take photos of any damages to aid in the process.
Returns:
No item shall be returned without proper return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. For returns, please contact our customer service, and an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number will be provided with further instructions. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee. Note: Items marked “CLEARANCE” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations made after an order has been prepared for shipping will incur a 10% restocking fee (minimum $10). If an order is cancelled before preparation, no fees apply unless special materials were ordered. Cancellations made after shipping are subject to the Return Policy.
Tax Exempt:
Customers purchasing for resale must complete a Certificate of Resale form to qualify for tax exemption. Upon verification, you may place tax-exempt orders using your registered account. Orders placed as a guest are taxable and cannot be reversed.
Conditions of Sale
- All goods are subject to inspection upon delivery. Claims for shortages, defects, or mis-description must be made in writing within five days of delivery. If verified, XMX PTY LTD’s liability is limited to replacement and incidental handling charges. Failure to notify within this period waives all claims, and the goods will be considered accepted.
- XMX PTY LTD is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from delayed delivery, short shipment, or inability to use the goods. The buyer is responsible for verifying the suitability of goods for their intended use and assumes all risks.
- XMX PTY LTD is not responsible for delays due to conditions beyond its control, such as strikes, fires, severe weather, or carrier delays.
- Buyers agree not to rely on any representations or warranties beyond those explicitly stated by XMX PTY LTD.
